I run the Business Development Center for Beverly Hills Porsche. In other words, we specialize in Client Retention. What this means is my team and I make sure our current clients stay in the Beverly Hills Porsche Family. We service the lease portfolio by keeping in touch with our lessees and making their transition to the next Porsche as smooth and easy as possible. We also handle customer service and follow up on all prospective sales and service clients to make sure they are receiving the VIP treatment they deserve. If anyone is less than thrilled with us, this is our opportunity to shine. I was born in Lima, Peru but have lived most of my life in the West Los Angeles Area, and have been at home here since 1989.
